Terms of Service

1. What Elysium Care Is

Elysium Care™ is a structured human companionship and scam protection service. We provide scheduled voice calls, video calls, text check-ins, community activities, and scam awareness education for seniors and other individuals experiencing loneliness or isolation.

2. Scope of Companionship Services

Our services include the following depending on your chosen plan:

• Scheduled voice and video calls with a verified, trained companion
• Daily text-based check-ins and warm messages
• Scam awareness conversations and gentle digital safety education
• Access to community group calls, movie nights, and group chat circles
• Regular family summary reports and red-flag escalation alerts
• Free emotional stabilization support for scam survivors

Services are delivered remotely via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or other agreed digital communication platforms.

3. What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following are absolutely prohibited by all Elysium Care companions and staff — with zero tolerance and immediate termination for any violation:

• Financial solicitation of any kind — requesting money, gifts, loans, transfers, cryptocurrency, or any item of value from a member or their family
• Romantic manipulation — creating romantic feelings, making romantic declarations, or behaving in any way that could be construed as pursuing a romantic relationship
• Secrecy — asking members to keep the relationship or any conversation secret from family members or supervisors
• Sharing personal contact information — companions may not share personal phone numbers, social media accounts, or private contact details
• Meeting in person — all services are remote only; companions may not arrange or attend in-person meetings with members
• Giving financial, legal, or medical advice — companions are not qualified and must not advise on these matters

4. Membership, Billing & Cancellation

All plans are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel or modify your plan at any time with 30 days written notice sent to care @ elysiumcare.org.

• Monthly billing begins on the date of enrollment
• Founding 50 Family pricing is locked for life as long as membership remains active
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances
• We reserve the right to terminate service with 14 days notice if our ethics policy is violated by the member or their family

5. Companion Matching & Rematch

We make every effort to match members with a compatible companion based on language, gender preference, personality, and interests. If at any time you are unsatisfied with a companion match, we will arrange a rematch immediately at no additional cost. Your loved one's comfort is always the priority.

6. Family Reports & Communication

Family contacts designated at enrollment receive regular summary reports. These reports are shared only with the designated family contact unless the member gives explicit permission to share with additional parties. We balance family transparency with respect for the member's dignity and privacy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elysium Care provides human companionship and scam awareness education. We are not liable for outcomes related to medical conditions, financial decisions, legal matters, or any event outside the scope of our companionship service. Our total liability to any member or family shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to any claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
