Most call centers are scripted, transactional, and anonymous. Our companions are specifically matched to your loved one, build a genuine ongoing friendship over months and years, and are trained in scam awareness so they actively protect while connecting. We also offer community — group Zoom calls, movie nights, group chats where seniors make real friends. No call center offers that.
Every companion goes through our multi-stage verification process: government ID verification, national criminal background check, sex offender registry check, multiple interview rounds, mandatory ethics training, and scam awareness certification. They are also supervised throughout their employment and reviewed regularly. No companion reaches a client without completing this entire process.
Healthy emotional attachment is actually the goal — that is what genuine friendship looks like. Our ethics training ensures companions maintain clear, appropriate boundaries. There is zero tolerance for romantic manipulation, financial solicitation, or any kind of secrecy. Supervisors monitor all companion activity and families receive regular reports. Any companion who solicits money, gifts, or financial information from a client in any form is immediately terminated and reported. No exceptions. You can request a rematch at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked and no additional charge. Your loved one's comfort is always the priority. We will arrange a new companion match as quickly as possible — usually within 48 hours.

Community access is included in the Companion & Protection and Premium Dignity plans.
